Have you dabbled with baking/ decorating but just need a little push to get to the next level? This workshop is for you!
We’ll go over all the basics- how to make Royal icing (with a demo!), proper consistencies (that puffy icing- oh yea!), adding color, troubleshooting (ie. tips to prevent those dreadful craters), what tools to use… But, also we’ll work on some professional decorations… dots, wet on wet, embroidery, scrollwork… so you’ll feel comfortable making a beautiful set of cookies!
